The larger of the aqua point range (30 litres to 100 litres) are designed to be used over sink rather than under sink and can be used with your normal existing taps so there is no need to buy any venting taps.
This water heater has sufficient supply for 3 basins with heavy usage or 2 kitchen sinks and is connected to the mains via normal 1/2' BSP fixings, supplied with a pressure reducing valve and line strainers, pressure relief & check valves, pressure and temperature relief valve and expansion vessel.
This product is great if you need hot water at more than 1 location and as mentioned can be used with existing taps, it has a glass lined steel storage tank which has been tested to 13 bars of pressure and it contains a sacrificial anode which protects against corrosion.
The outer casing is white steel and internally you have a high performance foam insulation to help keep the water at temperature and your costs in electricity down.
This is an un vented water heater for use at multiple points the storage tank is 1.8mm thick, the thermostat ranges from 25C to 75C and has a resettable over heat temperature safety cut out, all the necessary accessories are included so there should be no need for any additional purchases.
When the element is 'on' a neon light shows the unit is in operation and only when its turned on will the water heater protect itself against frost, the element is embedded and can be replaced without draining the system if needed.
For installation This water heater should be installed over sink on the wall and when deciding on the location to install you should bare in mind the safe disposal of any water resulting from a possible leak - whilst its not likely to happen things can go wrong with anything and you especially need to take this into account if it is installed in a loft space, cupboard or any enclosed location.
